call a lawyer and find out. Call the DMV, or whatever issues ID's, for your state and ask the question

Report it to his parole officer, or the police. He is using false ID.

No clue wish I knew. About 8 months ago I recieved notice from my insurance company that this person I did not know would be added to my auto insurance. I imediatly called them and asked what this was about. Apparently this person had recieved a drivers licence with my address and insurance company's run addresses of thier customers on occasion to check on changes that need to be made. I told them that there was no such person living here and had never been as far as I knew. They dropped that person with no more issues. Well occasionaly I still recieve things in the mail for her. One of them being a summons to appear from the county courts. I send things back "No such person at this address". Wish there was a way to get that taken care of but insurance company said their was no way to do that.

In this day and age of cumputers you would think there would be a system that would red flag her name or names that they use. I have heard that hospitals have a red flag on people that have law suites against hospitals and doctors.
