Thread: How much lemon juice in 1 lemon?

  1. #1

Question How much lemon juice in 1 lemon?

I'm making a lemon souffle (cold) and I've squeezed my lemon juice yesterday. Forgot I needed the juice of I lemon and I don't know how much that is!

I was trying to make things quicker for myself today and of course it didn't work!!

About 3-4 tablespoons juice per medium lemon.

Freshly squeezed lemon juice tastes much better than bottled juice. One lemon yields about 2-3 tablespoons of juice.

I must buy the really small lemons, I think I only get about 1 to 2 tablespoons of lemon juice from each lemon.

apparently (although I haven't tried it) if you soak the lemons in hot water for a short while before cutting them, you get more juice. The heat makes the difference.
I love my computer because all my friends live inside it!

I would think that would depend on the size of the lemon.
