    Default Turkey stuffing question

I have a 27 pound turkey to roast for Thanksgiving this weekend. How would I calculate how many bread slices I need for stuffing? TIA

Generally, a 1-pound loaf will yield about 10 to 12 cups of bread cubes. That is enough to stuff a 12-pound to 15-pound turkey. So I would use 2 1lb loaves of bread.
