    Smile March 8th Dinner Post

    Good Morning!

It is a cold, dark morning here with snowflakes floating around.

I have some homemade bread that is drying out as it is three days old so I am making french toast with it. Some sasuage, fried apples, hot chocolate and orange juice.

    What will you be having?
Heritic, rebel, a thing to flount,
He drew a circle that shut me out.
But love and I had the wit to win,
We drew a circle that took him in.

    It's very Spring-like today
I'm making my version of sloppy joes for dinner tonite. Kinda half like taco mix, half sloppy joe. Yummy.

No idea. I know it will involve the bunch of our first asparagus of the year that DH picked up yesterday.

Cooking lunch for my DS since he had surgery yesterday. Cooking Charlene's pork chops and mushroom gravy, roasted aspergus and buttered rice. I also made his favorite, eagle brand lemon pie.

Mmmmm, think I'll go to Traumanurse's house! I love those pork chops!

I swear, our weather doesn't know what it wants to do. It sprinkled a little this morning, but that was the extent of our "big storm" in this area. Oh well.

We're going to finish of the Pioneer Woman cheese (and chicken) enchiladas and we'll have some fruit salad with it.

Will someone bump the recipe for the pork chops? May do that tonight.
