    Default How Far Ahead Can You Make...

    Cheesecake? I need to make it for Saturday and I only have a limited amount of time? How long will it keep if made?

    Does anyone know if I could make the filling ahead, refrigerate it, and then bring it to room temp before baking it?

    I don't know about making the filling and baking it later but the cheesecake should be fine if you made it today and used it Saturday. You could even freeze it if you were concerned about freshness.

    We eat leftover cheesecake for days. It should be okay.

    rube and damar are right. it will be fine. but they also freeze well too, completley baked.
