    Good idea.. I've never heard of it before, (besides chip dip) so I did a google search.. this one looks pretty good.. I'm making enchiladas tonite and have everything to make this to go with them..

    SEASONED SOUR CREAM

    MAKES ABOUT 1/2 CUP

    The seasonings in this sour cream enhance the flavors of a fajita or other tortilla wrap. I first made it to top the Grilled Pepper and Onion Tortilla Sandwich and it was delicious. It could also be used as a dip for fresh vegetables. The recipe can easily be doubled.

    INGREDIENTS

    * 1/2 cup sour cream
    * 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    * 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro
    * 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    * 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    * 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
    * 2 tablespoons chopped green chiles (optional)

    Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Let set about 30 minutes before use.

    Default Seasoned sour cream

    Thanks, looks good. The one I'm looking for is from Chammps restaurant - they serve it with their wafle fries.

    I love their seasoned sour cream, too. What I always taste in it is curry and Worcestershire. I think I'll try doing a Google search and see what comes up.

    OK -- I just searched it on Google and this is what I came up with. It sounds good, but I have to say, I don't think I've ever noticed any pieces of green onion, parsley, dill weed, etc. floating around in the sour cream. Also, this calls for quite a bit of mayo and sour cream and some pretty small amounts of spices -- 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder is not going to do much for 4 cups of creamy stuff. Anyway...it's a place to start, and you can always adjust it to your taste.

    Champp's Seasoned Sour Cream (this must be somebody's clone version)

    2 cups mayonnaise
    18 oz. (1 lb. 2 oz.) sour cream
    1/8 cup lemon juice
    1/8 cup thinly sliced green onions
    1/8 cup finely diced parsley
    1/2 Tablespoon granulated garlic
    1 1/8 teaspoon paprika
    1 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
    1 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon celery salt
    scant 1/2 teaspoon dill weed, finely diced
    scant 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon curry powder

    Mix mayonnaise and sour cream in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients in order, mixing well after each addition. Refrigerate.

    At some restaurants, they serve a "fiesta ranch" dressing that's a half salsa or picante sauce and half sour cream mix.

    CHAMPPS SEASONED SOUR CREAM

    1/2 C. sour cream
    1/2 C. Hellmans mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's Seasoning Salt

    Mix all together. Seasoning salt can be adjusted to taste. You can also add a teaspoon or so of whipping cream if you would like it a little thinner.
