I went to thier website and asked them how they made it. It is indeed homemade. They sell it in Omaha for 3.00. I wonder if they could ship you some.

I looked everywhere for this and could not find it.

    Here is the website: http://www.texasroadhouse.com/

    Default Italian Dressing Texas Roadhouse

I have never been to the Texas Roadhouse, but I found this recipe
somewhere. Hope it is near what you want.

    Texas Roadhouse Italian Salad Dressing

    1/2 cup white vinegar
    1/3 cup water
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup corn syrup
2 1/2 tablespoons romano cheese, grated
    2 tablespoons dry pectin
2 tablespoons eggs or egg substitute, beaten
    1 1/4 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1 pinch dried oregano
1 pinch red pepper flakes, crushed

Combine all of the ingredients with a mixer on medium speed or in a blender on low speed for 30 seconds.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
Serve over mixed greens or use as a marinade.

    Yields: 1 1/2 cups.

We got Logan's Roadhouse, heard they brought out Texas Roadhouse. Don't know if it is true but seems to be on the same page as Texas. Maybe try to look up Logan's roadhouse for recipes.

    Hello everyone.

First, let me tell you that I have worked in the 7th Texas Roadhouse ever built for 13 and a half years!!! (I was actually the 66th person hired to work there, lol. This I know because I am the office manager and do the payroll!!)

Logans did not buy out Texas Roadhouse and was never started by separate business partners who consequentlly separated. We have never been affilated with them.

This is a reply to Martinezmarinewife re: Texas Roadhouse Italian Dressing Recipe. It is very incorrect although it sounds deliciouos (no offence to Kaci who submitted it, ). I have also found many TR recipes on the net that are mistaken.)

I am not legally bound not to reveal any of our recipes, as is the case with all upper management but I respect their wishes. Unfortunately I can't give you the recipe but I can tell you why this one is incorrect.

Part of my duties as Office Manager is to post the Invoices that come in with the food delivery trucks. We have NEVER purchased the following ingredients listed in the recipe above: Corn Syrup, Romano Cheese, Pectin.

I'm not trying to be a "smartie", I just don't want anyone else to be taken in by these internet copycat recipes.

Have a legendary day (as they say at the corporate offices)!!!

It's me again with a post script to martinezmarinewife: There are currently four Texas Roadhouse locations in California: Elk Grove, Fairfield, Tracy and Union City. I hope you find one!

    judidrum,

thanks for the information. But you should know that copycat recipes aren't always "exact" ingriedients. We make the recipes as close as the original as we can. Sometimes we get the recipe direct from the source and sometimes we tweek until we get it as close as we can.

Just thought I'd give you some info as well.

Have a blessed day as they would say at my job.
