    Default Smooth N Melty Mints

After several attempts I just cant seem to get the right taste of these mints. These are my daughter's favorites and I'm going broke buying them every week. Anybody have a good recipe for these?

Sorry, I have never heard of them.

At Christmas, I make buttermints and sometimes will make mints with cream cheese and then dip in chocolate.

    1 lb. milk chocolate
    1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 tbsp. butter
    6-8 drops oil of peppermint
    1 tsp. vanilla

In top of double boiler, combine milk chocolate, unsweetened chocolate, milk and butter. Stir until melted. Remove from heat and add flavorings. Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan. Cool. Cut into small squares. Makes about 60 small squares.
Option: Dip into melted milk chocolate if desired.
