    Does anyone know the ingredents in Jason's Deli chicken salad? I know there is crushed pineapple but does anyone know the true recipe? Thanks for the help!

    Ingredients: 3 cups cooked chicken cut into bite size pieces
    1 cup pineapple tidbits (well drained)
    1 cup red grapes, cut into halves(measure after cutting)
    3/4 cup Mircle Whip Salad Dressing
    1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds

    Directions: Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Chill and serve.

    Jason's deli chicken salad does not have any grapes in it.

    Hey Thanks... I will try that I knew pineapples were in it and no grapes so I will try this w/o grapes.... i might try with crushed pineapples as well. thanks so much!

    Hi

    I've had this recipe for a bit now which may be closer to what you are looking for...

    Chicken Salad Jasons Deli Recipe

    1 can (12.5 oz) Chunk Chicken Breast or left over chicken meat
    1 8-oz can of crushed Pineapple, NOT drained
    1/4 cup Almonds, slivered or chopped
    Dash of Miracle Whip - a small amount.
    to your liking: celery, onion and a pinch of white pepper

    Drain Chicken; mix all ingredients together and chill.

    CHICKEN SALAD DELUXE

    3 c Chicken -- cooked & diced
    1/2 c Pecans -- toasted
    1 c Celery -- chopped
    1/2 c Coconut
    1/2 c Grapes, seedless -- halved
    1/4 c Sour cream
    1 t Mustard
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 c Mayonnaise
    1/2 Lemon -- (juice from half)

    Combine chicken, pecans, celery, coconut and grapes.
    Mix together the sour cream, mustard, salt,
    mayonnaise, and lemon juice to make dressing. Serve on
    lettuce or halved avocado. Surround with pineapple or
    other fruit. Garnish with olives or cherries.

    boiled chicken breasts- shredded
    crushed pineapple
    slivered almonds
    celery, green onion
    mayo
    salt and pepper
