    Default Coleslaw recipe

I've misplaced my recipe for coleslaw, it was the one that keeps in fridge for weeks, made with oil & vingar base, no mayo or Miracle Whip. Can anyone help me out?

    maybe something like this?

    COLE SLAW DRESSING

    1 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. diced onion (opt.)

Mix in blender on high speed until mixed thoroughly. Keeps at least 3 weeks.

    Or just google this:

"oil and vinegar coleslaw +keeps for weeks"

Now you have me craving this........making a trip to wally world after mass to pick up the ingriedients!!!

    ORIENTAL BROCCOLI SLAW
    Ingredients
20 ounces broccoli coleslaw mix, -available in produce section

2 (3 ounce) packages oriental-flavor instant ramen noodles
1/4 cup olive oil or canola oil
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup slivered almond
    1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
    green onion

    Directions
1Combine the cider vinegar, brown sugar, oil and one packet of the seasoning mix from the ramen noodles and let sit while preparing noodles.
2Crush the ramen noodles by placing in zip-lock bag and roll with rolling pin or anything that will work - this is very easy to do.
3"Lightly" brown the noodles and the slivered almonds in frying pan with two tablespoons of olive or canola oil - do not scorch - take off heat and cool.
4Place broccoli in large bowl and pour cooled noodles over broccoli with sunflower seeds and other ingredients. This gets better the longer it sits but still good when it is freshly made.
    5Garnish with green onions.
