Question Bonefish sauces for Tuna Sashimi - green one and orange one

My son and I love the 2 sauces that Bonefish serves in 2 small
dipping dishes along with its Tuna Sashimi appetizer over romaine lettuce.

One sauce is orange creamy type
One sauce is green more liquidy

The waitress won't tell us whats in them only that one
is a ginger sauce and one is a teriaki sauce.

We are desperate to find out how to make these sauces.
Can anyone help?
THANK YOU - we are only interested in the exact sauces served at Bonefish and not something similiar.

Each of these has a dipping sauce: green and orange. Could these be the sauces you are looking for?

TUNA SASHIMI

Source: Bonefish Grill
From: WBKI, Louisville Home Zone - Secrets of Louisvile Chefs

Cover a filet of sushi grade tuna with teriyaki glaze, then roll the fish in black and white sesame seeds (the seeds will stick to the glaze).

Sear all sides of the filet for about 30 seconds in a hot skillet.

Cut thin slices of the tuna and serve with Vietnamese chile sauce on the side.

SEARED AHI TUNA LOIN

1 (1 inch) thick (9 oz) filet of ahi tuna loin

Season with salt and pepper

Grill the tuna to medium rare (it will take about 4 minutes on each side for a 2-inch thick filet)

Top the tuna with a teriaki glaze, fresh cut carrots, chives and a spot of wasabi sauce (a mixture of mayonnaise, chopped vegetables, wasabi paste, salt and pepper)
