Thread: Baja Enchilada soup

I am searching for a recipie for Baja enchilada soup like the one they make at Buffalos Southwest Grill. If anyone has a recipie I really would appreciate it.

try a enchilada soup and use the guajillo peppers....personally never heard of them but googled them sound moderately hot.

Thank you for your reply. I'll try the enchilada soup and try adding jalapenos. I never heard of the peppers you mentioned either.
