I recently bought some quinoa but don't know how to prepare it. Can you give me some s***estions?

I use alot of quinoa, but dont have any quinoa specific recipies. I boil it uo to cook it like it says on the package, like you would cook barley. I mostly us it in a cold salad, like pasta salad. I cook and cool it, then add italian dressing, fresh diced tomatoes and cucumbers. Its pretty tasty. Also I add it to stuffed peppers or meatloaf. Its not as bulky as rice, so I wouldnt use it as a subistuite, but its an easy way to sneak in something good for the kids.
