About 20 years ago, there was a recipe on the back of the DaVinci Gnocchi pasta bag for a dinner using the pasta, frozen spinach and HB. Can't remember the rest of the ingredients, but it was one we liked. DD and I were reminiscing today; she apparently made it quite often while in college for her group also. I have e-mailed the company -- no answer. Can't find it on their website. Anyone have this recipe? It's a golden oldie, but a great one.
