Thread: have a question

I love the Olive Garden Alfredo sauce. They have a recipe on their very own site for Alfredo sauce. Do you think this would be the very same as they serve in their restaurants? I thought maybe someone has worked at Olive Garden or may know someone that works there.

this is the recipe that contains egg yolks? I have never seen a recipe for alfredo sauce that contains egg yolks. I personally do not believe that those are the same recipes that they use in the restaurant. Their alfredo sauce isn't yellow, egg yolks would make it yellow.

Did you look at the recipe at CopyKat.com? It is very close, lots of people have stated so.

the recipe on the OG site with the egg yolks is awesome though! definitely recommend, and it's the ONLY alfredo recipe I use. Hope this helps!
