    Red face PF Chang's Rice?

Kinda off topic...but does anyone know what kind of brown rice PF Changs' uses at their restaurants? I know its brown...but the kind I buy at the grocery store does not look like (or taste) that after it's cooked. Does it still have the hull on it or something? Please help

sherry.. I dont think PF changs uses brown rice in thier fried rice.. I think they use steamed long grain white rice.. and then turn that into fried rice... all the recipes for thier fried rice I found said steamed white rice.
a unique ingredient they use is molasses mixed with soy and other ingredients to make thier fried rice.
