Re: Melt in your mouth pork chops!
Tried the chops in my Toaster oven but put the temp at 425 as I would do for Shake n' Bake since the 325 for over an hour sounded too long. Inserted a thermomoter and when it went off, looked at the chops. They didn't brown so I set the oven on "toast bagel" and they browned nicely on the top, and were cooked thru but the bottom was all "mushy" and came off. We ate them anyway and they were OK but maybe if I had cooked them as directed at 325 they would have turned out better for crispness of coating.
Anyone else have this problem or any suggestions?
