Wishingstar,
Have you tried these cookies? They look so good and I am looking for a good peanut butter recipe. Thanks for your help and the recipe.

Default Mrs Fields Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

Nope no flour. One weekend both my MIL and I made peanut butter cookies. She goes the traditional route with flour and all that and I made the recipie above. A week later my cookies were still soft and chewy and hers were being used as door stops

Sorry but I just seen this post, I have never made these cookies but they do sound good and SaDaug gave them a good review, let us know if you make them how they turn out for you.

Question Re: Mrs Fields Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

Okay, I'm confused. SaDaug says "no flour", but the recipe DOES have flour. What am I reading wrong?

I think perhaps she just meant that she likes to use a flourless recipe. I have made flourless PB cookies and they weren't bad.
