DH had a huge piece last night and it kept the texture (didn't get soggy).

Good to know it doesn't get soggy. Definitely going to try it, and some of the other flavors sound good, too.

That does look really good! Can you use the recipe and make them in large muffin pans for individual puffs??

What a good idea ...you would just have to watch the crust real close but I bet they would rock!
