Bella
I make this a lot instead of the usual green bean casserole. It makes quite a bit, but always seems to be the first thing to go! It can be made in the casserole dish (need a pretty deep one, maybe 2 inches deep?) for easy clean up.
2 cans of cut green beans (drained)
2 cans of french green beans (drained)
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of cream of potato
1 can of rotel (drained)
1 large can of fried onions
1-2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1. Mix everything above in a large casserole dish, but leave 1/4 of the fried onions to crumble on top of the mixture.
2. Put in a preheated oven (350degrees) until the top is brown and bubbly.
