Default Wan-Tun (Won Tons): by <Roxy>

Wan-Tun (Won Tons):

1/2-lb. (1 cup) pork (lean), ground or or chopped fine
1/4 cup (8) water chestnuts, (chopped fine)
1 tsp. soy sauce
Ground pepper
Wan-Tun patties (little squares)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accemt
1/4 cup green onion, (shredded)

Mix all ingredients except squares. Place approximately 1 tsp. of mixture in middle of square and fold into triangle, then corners to to middle. Use water to seal edges. Deep fat fry.

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

1 1/3 cups vinegar
8 tsp. soy sauce
16 T. pineapple juice
4 T. cornstarch
12 pieces pineapple

Mix all ingredients and boil until thickened. Use this as a dip for the Wan Tons above. or use this for a dip for Sweet and Sour Pork.
