Here is my latest creation:

I baked a regular chocolate cake mix in 2 round pans. I put one cooled layer in a pasta bowl and covered it with canned white icing. The other cake goes on top. I then cut with a serrated blade around the cake at an angle to make it look more rounded (like pasta would look in a bowl.
Cover whole cake with white icing.
Drizzle melted white chocolate over top to look like spaghetti. I put the melted chocolate into a ziploc and cut off the tip. I should have let it cool a little bit first though - it would have come out a little thicker & keep its shape better.
Take a bunch of Ferraro Roche chocolates and dip them into raspberry or strawberry jam (slightly heated to thin). I had to use some of the melted white chocolate to glue the meatballs to the cake as the angle was too steep on it. I then drizzled more melted jam over top to look like pasta sauce.
Grate a little white chocolate over top to look like cheese.
