  • Wow This is the Best BLT Dip I Have Ever Had

I made this Friday to take to a dinner get together. It was a hit! I served it with my Herbed Focaccia and stick pretzels.

I used real bacon, smoked cheddar cheese and chives (not green onions).

I am so deeply saddened to share with you the news of Peabody, she passed away February 28, 2012. Robyn was a very special lady. I know, I personally thought she was the perfect southern lady. I met her a few times, as she lived right up the road from me. She had a kind and generous heart. I know we will all miss her dearly. She put up a valiant fight in her struggle with cancer.
