Email Notifications from "old" site

Is there a way to shut off email notifications from the old site?
I'm still getting emails & if I had known ahead of time, I would have shut it off prior to the board switching servers.

Like Asya I am to still getting all the old e-mail's from the message board. I don't mind it but there the same one's every day.
Can ya help me out there as well I'd appreciate all your help.
