Maybe she needs to delete her history and cookies and maybe re-boot her computer? Im sorry.Thats what I do when that happens to me...I defrag too. Good Luck!

TexAnn I think you have the right idea, can she do that? I don't think the problem is on the website end, I think there is a corrupted file on her computer.

I don't know if this is related, but I have to click on something twice to get it to go. I'll click on chat and it just sits there and then I have to click on it again to open it. This has been going on a few days already.

Thanks everyone! I'm back in . I was suspecting a corrupted file on that computer also. DH is always deleting files on that compter and probably had a hand in this. I am on another computer and got in immediately. Why didn't I think of trying this sooner? Thanks for everyone's input and help. I have missed this site terribly. So much warmth with the best bonus of all, good cooking.

Think we found the problem ....... we have computers in three different locations (buildings) and have been having problems getting on the internet lately. Got a new laptop and had issues setting it up. Called our handy dandy computer guru who suspected a bad router. Off to Wally world for a new router compatible with our hardware and VIOLA!!! No more access problems ............and .....................can now get into this site on the suspect computer. This is definitely my last post on this issue. Many thanks. though, to all who jumped in to help me. I would have missed this site.
