This is really a golden rule. Everyone wants to be treated well and we should treat others with kindness. We respect that sometimes we are having a bad day, need to blow off some steam, or just need some time to unwind. Before you hit send make sure you aren’t treating someone any other way than how you would like to be treated.

Mind what personal information you give out on the message board. Just as you would not give your home address, name, and other significant data about yourself use caution when doing so online. All people are not what they seem, most are, but a few are not.

Come and enjoy yourself here. This is a place where a lot of people come share recipes, funny experiences, and sometimes share personal stories. We laugh, we cry, and receive a lot of support from each other. Come and enjoy yourself. Post if you like, or sit back and read posts, and learn from others. <br>

Please keep in mind some people may unknowingly, or knowingly say things that may not be true. Be on your guard. It is not to say that all people represent themselves incorrectly, but be wise as you normally would.<br>

This is a general message board for all people. This means that anyone reads these message boards, this includes kids, young adults, and adults that do not like swearing. While this may be common practice in every day language we should show respect to others.

This includes a wide variety of material including: explicit, obscene or vulgar language. Material that includes harassing, offensive, vulgar, abusive, hateful or bashing communications -- especially those aimed at sexual orientation, gender, race, color, religious views, national origin, or disability.
No Flame Wars
We respect that people have differences of opinions, and everyone has the right to express theirs. No right is granted to brow beat someone into believing you opinion.
No personal attacks in public or private
Refrain from personal attacks in either avenue. One is just as bad as the other. This specifically includes in private messages, and on the public message board. To be plain in this harassing, offensive, vulgar, abusive, hateful or bashing communications -- especially those aimed at sexual orientation, gender, race, color, religious views, national origin, or disability are all items that are considered to be personal attacks in nature. If you have a problem with someone notify a moderator immediately.
No Second Login Names Allowed
Please choose one login name, and if you need it changed we will make this change for you. It is not permitted to pretend to be someone else.
No Solicitations
This means you are not allowed to solicit members to join inclusive groups. We always welcome links to new sites, new message boards, chat rooms, and the like. If your group is inclusive and needs special privileges, special memberships, or anything else that may be viewed as exclusionary this is strictly prohibited.
General Spreading of Discontent, and Ill Will.
We recognize that sometimes people have bad days. We empathize with tragedy and trauma that you will go through. This is a wonderful support network if you allow it to be one. If you are unhappy here, unhappy with the administration, you really need to go elsewhere. This message board isn't for every single individual, and we give you respect in not violating your happiness, we expect that you do the same for other members.
Postings may be deleted, modified at any given time without warning when these guidelines are breached. Also those that continue to violate these policies will have posting ability revoked.
Moderators serve to watch the message board and reserve the right to edit offending posts. Judgment of the moderators is final.
