Need broadway music auditioning song

As someone who is currently in a musical production and someone who has also done musicals when I was 14, I agree with selections from "Oliver". I would also suggest looking at selections from "Annie", "Oklahoma", "Bye Bye Birdie", and "Greese".

Also, Just thought of something. If you have Yahoo instant messenger installed (the latest version) the messenger list (where friends are listed) there is an option on there to listen to launchcast radio right on your messenger. It has genre's. Just click on the tab for the launchcast (if you don't have messenger you will have to download it. It's free.)

I have to go to work soon or I would walk you through it.

anyway, you can click on "show tunes" as one of the genre's on there. And it plays random songs from musicals. So you can hear the entire song of different kinds of musicals.

Plus, it also shows you which musical it is from displayed and what the name of the song is too.

Does it have to be a song from the musical she is auditioning for?

Also, there is a classical singer named Charlotte Church who has a CD that has songs from musicals on it. I think almost the entire cd has musical songs on it she sings. Different musicals. A couple of them are in a different language. But there is one (if your daughter can sing very high) that is pretty fun. I can't remember the name of it off hand though. I think when she made the cd she was only about 14 herself too.

My daughter is auditioning for "The Music Man" and she has to audition with a broadway music song for her age, which is 14 yrs. old. can you think of any? We have searched and searched! but most we have never heard of. She wants to do something pretty or fun.
