  • Do you have a favorite brand of Cookie Sheet?

Just curious what type/brand of cookie sheet you prefer to use. My alltime favorite is a Mirro (No sides) that was my Mothers and is probably about 40 years old. I am in need of some new ones, and they don't make the kind I have anymore

I get my cookie sheets from the school food service. They sell the high quality professional ones to help fund a scholarship they have support. And the price it right - only $6.00 per cookie sheet. I love them!

I like the AirBake for most cookies.

My bil used to be a manager at McDonald's years ago, and mine are the ones they used for biscuits. I always line with parchment when baking on them.

I like the Air-Bake with a SilPat sheet - no more burnt cookies and no messy job of greasing them.

I like my doughmakers. You can find them online. I had replaced cookie sheets so many times through the years and I finally found these and am so impressed. Had them for 5 years and they still look brand new.

I use professional grade sheets - Chicago Metalic. Love them. I line them with Silpat and never have to do more than wipe off.

I love, love, love my Pampered Chef stones. I do use parchment paper with them so there is NO cleanup.

I use Calphalon with no sides for cookies and when I make pizza. My pizza is better than ever before on them. I have a Silpat mat and use it sometimes too.

I also love the PC stones. That has to be about my favorite kitchen item. I think cookies turn out perfect on the stone.
