I have not had breakfast so it is too early to think about dinner. Maybe someone here will give me ideas.

Cajun crabcakes and the Tormented Eggplant that I didnt make yesterday because I couldnt find fresh basil anywhere. And watermelon for dessert. Cant wait to try that eggplant! Bean, I'll be sure to let you know how it turned out!

Might Be The Stuffed Shells From Last Night--hubby Was Planting Until Dark So I Ran Some Erronds And Then Went And Rode With Him. Hubby Will Be Planting Late Again Tonight So I Might Go Help At The Bar And If I Do It Will Be Bar Food.

Making finger steaks and french fries (with home made bloomin' onion dip) and raw fresh vegies and dip

Tomorrow will be sweet and sour chicken, shrimp fried rice and egg foo yong (I hope, it takes all day to do chinese - wish I had the energy to do the egg rolls too)
