  • Thinking about getting kitchen inspected

for at home making pies, cakes, etc.

A smaller version of what you are used to seeing

Enough for ONE PERSON instead of for 8.

My MIL is helping and she got paperwork from the inspector. While reading through she said that she read something about not being able to ?make? chocolates......her I am thinking of making peanut butter bon-bons but they are coated in chocolate so........does that mean it's a chocolate? Or does it mean you can't MAKE chocolate? I can't imagine a reason why someone would make their own chocolate but. On the other hand, I can't imagine not being able to make something that is dipped in chocolate. ???

Does anyone know what the meaning of that is? I know it sounds like a dumb question but I really can't get my head around it.

I have tried searching for it but cannot find it.

    Help please.
