    she suggests using canned pumpkin instead of oil and eggs for baking but can't find how much pumpkin anywhere in the site anybody have any idea how much?

    It would have to be per volume of what you are replacing so whatever the oil is replace with the pumpkin and I'd say a 1/4 c to replace the eggs

      That sounds about right Rube. I use apple butter (apple sauce that I have simmered down to make thicker) in place of the shortening or oil. I usually leave in the eggs though.
      Communicate. It can't make things any worse!

        I use apple sauce or crushed bananas. I'm going to try pumpkin next time. I leave the eggs in as well.
