  • What's for dinner tonight? 5/19/2008

Tonight I think I am going to grill up some chicken breasts and slice up some borsin cheese over them and have some buttered egg noodles and see if I can't dig up a veggie or two.

How about you? What are you having for dinner tonight?

It must be a "chicken" day . Made Mrs. Mo's chicken (the recipe that was featured in the comfort food thead), porcini rice and salad. Fabulous recipe -- the house smelled so good all day.

            Food.

            I'm not sure yet. I can't decide.
I don't like making plans for the day, because then the word "premeditated" gets thrown around in the courtroom.

I'm having pancakes... Today at Costco, they were giving samples of pancakes that come out of can like the spray can of whip cream. Pretty cool if you ask me. No waste of batter if you're single and just want a pancake or two.
(What's the name of that canned whip cream? You know, where you squirt it in your mouth standing at the fridge? My mind is blank..)
