What's for supper on this perfectly beautiful Sunday?

I haven't figured out what I'm going to make yet, hopefully ya'll can give me some good ideas.

Caribbean chicken (been marinating since yesterday) with pineapple salsa to go with it, black beans and rice as the side. Maybe some jalapeno poppers for an app too!

Braised eye of round steaks, beets with sour cream/horseradish sauce and baby yukon golds.

I'm going to Beans!! That sounds yummy. I love spicy food.

Leftover chicken and pasta salad. Probably cole slaw too. Cherry crisp for dessert.

Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatos, Milk Gravy, Green Beans and Corn, and havent figured out a dessert yet.

I think we are going to get Indian food for takeout, and I will have Chicken Tikka and some Naan.

I don't have a clue, had grandson most of the day yesterday, so when he left we just had a hamburger, take out. Not good.
Actually I was planning on eating with Nu today , but now I see that she is going to Jacki's house.... LOL I guess I have to come up with something. It's just too hot to cook, it's already 93 ° and it's only 1 pm

Going to DD's house for a cookout this evening. She's grilling burgers and chicken and dont know what else. I'm contributing seafood pasta salad, a watermelon, and a jug of wine.
