MEN! a little long

DS's ENT appt today (tonsil/adnoids surgery eval), his pediatrician wanted them out because of obstructive airway apnea, the poor kid is up every hour

...anyway...

ENT says DS is ok, not enlarged enough to obstruct sleep or consider surgery...BUT...DH is rather large around the mid section...does he snore? I say "YES!" DH says "NO!", Dr says "lets take a look"...10mins later DH (NOT darling if you know what I mean) has an appointment for a sleep study. Doctor says to him "We have 2 places we use...one has flat screens, satin sheets, realy nice like a hotel stay" DH says "I'll go there...I'm up all night with the baby, I could use a good nights sleep!"

WTF? Are U FOR REAL? I wanted to STRANGLE HIM right there!!!! WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU EVEN HEARD THE BABY OVER YOUR FAT A$$ NOISES YOU LAZY SOB.... do I have LOSER written across my farhead or something? Why am I such a target?

I apologize, DH (again, NOT darling here) did manage to DRAG his FAT A$$ out of bed ONE NIGHT when I was heavily medicated with my broken ankle...and I NEVER heard the end of it!!! I havent slept thru the night in over 3years...and HE NEEDS a GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP?

men see things different then we do sew. that "one time" he got up with the baby.......well that was the "only time" the baby woke in the middle of the nite and he was the one to get out of bed. my dh still complains about how i hurt his pinkie finger while in the middle of a contraction with dd3. told him i would have changed places with him anytime.

One time when a friend's fam was giving her a whole bunch of crap... she said, "Ya know what? You're right... I'm a terrible person. I'm grounded for the weekend!" And she went to her room where she stayed for the whole weekend.

Reminds me of the woman who went on strike...oh yeah the husband didnt notice at first but BOY was he sore (no pun intended) when he ralized there was a strike on sex as well!!!
