SSDD here, as usual. A little busy with patient coming in who had eaten last weekend at a local mexican food restaurant, and got Salmonilla! Not just run of the mill food poisoning, Salmonilla! They are miserable. I'll stay away from that restaurant. I've only eaten there once since it opened, wasn't real impressed. Really not now!

Anyone doing anything fun today. Suppose to be mid to high 90's today, windy as hell. Must be hell in hell, hot as hell, windy as hell, not a snowballs chance in hell.... lol

I have to attend a funeral today, my friends husband passed away. Have to drive across town and it looks like rain. Sad day for me. Last time I saw them together as a couple they were dancing at their son's wedding, seems like yesterday.

It's Friday for me too, cos I have OFF tomorrow. And if I see my job calling on the caller ID, I am NOT picking it up!

Didnt get home from work till 1AM, Kitty woke me up at 6 this morning rubbing her head against my face. I got up, fed her, let her outside and went back to bed till 11! Gotta get ready to go back to work in 2 hours. GRRRRRRRRR!

I played hooker (as DD says) yesterday cause we have out of town friends and I couldn't get the week off from work! We boated all afternoon. It was beautiful... and I finally jumped off the boat into the lake... Babe kept telling me not to cause he was afraid it'd be too cold and he might have to rescue me if my heart seized from the cold... (puh-leeze... I swam in Lake Billy Chinook in Oregon... the COLDEST water I've ever been in!) The lake water was awesome... JUST the prefect temp. to be really refreshing!

Anyhow... we're having 12 for dinner tomorrow night and our friends are insisting on taking us out to dinner AGAIN when I really have lots of prep to do for dinner tomorrow... but it always works out so I'm goin' w/ the flow!

It was just on the news this morning about 6 or 7 states getting hit hard with Salmonilla in the tomatoes. Alot of fast foods already stopped serving them...
