My work group is having a pot luck lunch on Weds, any thoughts as what to bring? The theme is picnic lunch, and since I didn't sign up right away, potato salad, beans, artichoke dip, and other standard goodies have already been spoken for. I am up for dessert or main dish. Actually I am clueless. I have a half hearted idea of a marinated mozzarella dip with brushetta.

Re: What to bring to potluck
How about threading some cheese-cubes of salami or beef log-maybe a few olives on a toothpick. I also do salami rollups-just spread cream cheese on salami and roll up, I have one son that likes to have a pickle rolled up with the cream cheese and salami
