Last night's dinner was left over mac and cheese out of a box, and canned potato soup. Not sure if we are going out for dinner tonight, or will go through the freezer and see what's appealing in there.

We are going to a local coney island for fish and chips ...used to get them from the catholic church but they just are not as good there as they used to be.

Make your own Pasta Bar...choices include:
Raviolis or linguine for the pasta
mushrooms, onions, or peas for veggies
tomato, pesto, or alfredo for the sauce
Garlic bread (can add mozzarella to it and broil)
Put it all out and everyone makes there own...kids love it, easy night for me.

Italian muffuletta, recipe out of Taste of Home simple & delicious magazine, pickles and potato chips. We will watch a dvd and eat tonight.

We went to the casino and had a huge lunch today so if we are hungry later it will be salad.
