This Is A Great Recipe I Make When I Just Don't Know What To Make

    Hamberger Casserole
    1-1/2 Lbs Ground Beef
    Med Onion, Chopped
    12oz Elbow Macaroni
    1 Can (15oz?) Stewed Tomatos
1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 Can (4oz) Diced Green Chile's, Or Diced Bell Peppers If You Don't Want Chile's
    Salt And Pepper To Taste
    Garlic To Taste
    Grated Cheddar Cheese

Crumble And Brown Hamberger With Onion. Cook Macaroni Per Instructions. Drain Beef And Add Macaroni When Done, Tamatos, Soup And Chiles, Put In Casserole Dish, (i Usually Just Use Skillet I Cooked It In) Top With Shredded Cheese, Bake 350 Until Cheese Melted And Bubbley Around Sides.

I love picadillo! My recipe has raisins in it. I love it, kids didn't. Now I leave the raisins out.

                          Stuffed (any veg)
                          Kubideh - So delicious
Serve kubideh over white, saffron, or basmati rice with pita bread and olives.

                          1 lb. lean ground beef
                          1 lb ground lamb
                          1 large onion, grated
                          1 egg
                          1 teaspoon pepper
                          1 teaspoon salt
                          1/8 teaspoon tumeric (optional)

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing with hands or wooden spoon. Refrigerate up to two hours, until ready to cook.

Take a handful of meat and roll into a tennis ball sized portion.

Place on long, flat skewer and form into cigar shape, around the skewer. It will look like a sausage on the skewer.

Place on heated grill and cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side, or until done.

I think I'm gonna try baby Runza's tonight.

Ground beef w/sauteed cabbage and onions and some seasonings folded into refrigerated biscuit dough and baked til golden. I hope they are good.
