Fried egg sandwich

How do you make them? Larry liked his yolk still a little runny. I like the egg fried hard, mayo on one side of the bread and butter on the other, soft, untoasted wheat or white bread.

Toast, egg, cheese, mayo or mustard, tomato slice, fried ham or bologna.

I would never think to put mayo or mustard on it. I just make toast and put the egg in it with butter on the toast and the yolk a little runny. Sometimes I will make it on a bagel with cheese and a slice of ham.

I actually make mine more like a denver. Beat the egg, add finely chopped green onion, a sprinkling of mixed herbs or Italian seasoning, fry until set. Lightly buttered toast and ketchup to dip.

Never had a fried egg sandwich, but the egg yolk would have to be all the way cooked, all done for me. Can't stand runny egg yolks

i must be the plain jane on here...I just scramble the eggs...add salt and pepper and put them on plain white bread. I love them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the sandwich that Adam Sandler makes in the movie Spanglish looks so good

I get my pan really hot and then cook the egg quickly with lots of salt and pepper. Flip it while still soft then put it onto bread with butter and sliced tomato. YUMMY

Breakfast On A Bun – toasted English muffin with cheese on both sides, fried egg cooked hard, and then bacon, ham or breakfast sausage. YUM! Jalapenos and hot sauce optional.

I don't eat them often but boy when I do I love them. I like my yolk a little runny on white bread with miracle whip and a little seasoning salt. Sometimes I add rat cheese to it.

We don't use white bread so we have them once maybe twice a year.
