      I have leftover roast beef and gravy from monday so to that I'll put a handful of frozen green peas and another handful of frozen mixed veggies add some soy sauce and serve over white rice. plenty of bday cake leftover for dessert

        Probably six tomatoes cut into wedges, sprinkled with salt and drowned in blue cheese dressing! LOL

          I think tamale pie but then again double decker tacos are sounding awfully good too! I'm looking for a new salsa recipe now.

            We have leftover pork loin fr/yesterday, mashed potatoes, gravy fr/a jar and corn on the cob. Quickie meal since I won't be home until 7:30.

                        1. 14oz can of whole peeled tomatoes
                        2. Can of rotel tomatoes, hot or original
                        3. 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
                        4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
                        5. Salt and pepper to your taste.
                        6. Put in blender and process.
                        Simple but good.

                            That sounds good and saving for later. I just made a killer new recipe and it has cucumbers in it.
