DS's endoscopy

DS came out of the procedure well today. They did a full endoscopy with biopsies, and a 24hr PH nasal probe (he has a wire down his nose and throat that reads the acid levels in his stomach).
He woke up ok, seemed ok, never cried (until they removed the IV that is), then he was fine. As a matter of fact...the TWO kids are on the couch sleeping now (DH I guess is tired from the 40min car ride?).
Anyway, we should know the results in about a week. HOPEFULLY they can figure out why this poor kid keeps throwing up...he's just 3

they took out te probe yesterday afternoon...I think the worse part was the tape on his face! It was cemented under his nose, around his check, down his neck, and around the back. The nurses tried so hard to be gently...but as they got closer to his wittle nose he got more and more scared. HE finally PULLED on it so hard the tape and probe came out. THAT scared the holy H-LL out of him (it was sensitive to begin with) that he cried. Poor guy was SOOOO very brave, and this last thing just sent him over the edge. The nurse said he was STILL better behaved than most adult patients...LOL!

Poor guy STILL has welts from the tape today! Of course mommy took him to the big bad toy store and bought him a few Bob the builder items he had been wanting TeeHee TeeHee (just dont tell DH...he thinks I spoil the kids)

I think after all he's been thru he deserves ALOT of Bob the Builder toys!!!
