A local store has a new chip out that is very tasty ..... Hatch chili tortilla chips. They just came out yesterday. Sabine, be sure to try them. They are packaged in a Central Market package. They were giving out samples at HEB.

Central Market is the name of the store. It's our "high end" grocery store. It's part of the HEB family of stores if that sounds familiar

No HEB, no Central Market ...... how do you survive? LOL
I don't think HEB is in Florida at all. HEB is south texas and Mexico. They just recently went into Corsicana ,Texas, that is in east texas, close to Tyler , Texas, not sure if Tyler has an HEB ??

Moving to MI, I miss HEB/Central Markets. A wonderful selection of groceries, they have some of the best choices in ethnic foods, great produce, and reasonable prices.

I know the Houston downtoon Central Market has their Hatch Chili Pepper festival sometime soon.

I Usually Try To Hit One Of The Central Markets When We Go To The Dfw Area. I Really Enjoy Just Looking, Even If I Don't Buy Anything. Does That Make Me Weird?

I love going to CM when the Hatch chili's are available. They roast them outside & you can smell it for miles! Last year I remember I bought some of the hatch pimento cheese and it was delicious. I just looked online, didn't see any dates. I'll have to give them a call
