Hopefully, *fingers crossed*, a friend is bringing me a Monte Cristo for lunch. There is only one restaurant here that serves them (or even knows what it is) and I haven't had one for ages. I'll only eat one-fourth of this puppy. If I reheat the leftovers in the microwave, will the bread get all soggy? Or should I heat it in the oven? (I don't have a frying pan at the office...)

Re: Reheating a Monte Cristo sandwich?
I put in a 350 oven for a few minutes, turned the broiler on the top for just a minute and, man, I swear it was even better than when I ordered it yesterday. I don't usually *do* leftovers, so I'm pleasantly surprised this didn't end up in the trash! LOL
