I got an email back from Central Market in Austin, Texas. The Hatch Chili Roasting festival is scheduled for the weekends of 8-22 & 8-29. I cant' wait. I'm going to get some peppers and make The Pioneer Womans sandwich
Hey, Sabine.... have you checked on the dates that the hatch chili festival will be @ Central Market in SA? I'm excited.... I just received my monthly coupns from CM and it mentions the festival. I can't wait. I'm wanting to make The Pioneer Womans sandwich with some freshly roasted peppers. Last year I remember trying a pimento cheese made with the fresh peppers ... it was delicious
No, I have not checked on that yet. I get monthly emails from Central Market also, so I am sure they will announce it soon. I have never heard of Pioneer Woman's sandwich what exactly is it ??

Well, this coming weekend and next weekend - the Hatch Chili Festivel @ Central Mkt. I can't wait! I've been looking forward to it for a while. I'm anxious to make the Pioneer Womans sandwich recipe.
