What is this called?

Years ago after a knee surgery I bought this thingie that is filled with corn husks, or rice, or something, that you could either freeze or microwave to alternate ice and heat on my knee during recovery. I want to purchase another one and I can't think of what to call it.
I've googled key words, corn husks, rice, freeze, microwave and get links for recipes! LOL

Don't laugh, but it's for Conway. The neck pad I have has a velcro closure to keep it from slipping off. Conway gets so overheated sometimes he can barely breathe. I take this out of the freezer, fasten it around his neck (it goes all the way down to his rear end) and it cools him right down. He wanders around the apartment like a little miniature horse with a blanket on. Doesn't try to shake it off or anything. It really helps lower his body temperature at a safe pace and keeps him cool for quite a while.

we had a cat collar that you put in the microwave,well the thing caught on fire and when we through it out caught the deck on fire also,nice gift from mom also killed the micro too

We have heat pads that are made of fabric and filled with wheat and lavender that are heated for 2 minutes in the microwave. The wheat holds the heat and the lavender gives a very calming aroma.
