First I thought about making chicken parmesan, but then I just bought grilled chicken breast from the deli and make some veggies with it. Not in the mood for cooking

We had chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, pasta salad, sliced tomatoes, and mixed veggies. I am really the only one that ate the mixed veggies because they are all "to good" to eat them!

We were confused tonite, and since tomorrow is a holiday we did our usual "Friday nite Mexican" thing.
