Anyone know name of recipe that has cut up biscuits & ice cream

My winter neighbor just called me from Nevada and asked if she had given me her recipe for a pull apart type of dish that used cut up biscuits, melted ice cream and ???

Does anyone know what this is called? I don't even know what to put in a search request.

Is she English? I think they call cookies biscuits, so that would make sense.

Ice Cream Rolls

This is an excellent, easy way to make ooey, gooey rolls. You can add some cinnamon and make ooey gooey cinnamon rolls, I haven't, yet. Starts with refrigerated biscuits and melted ice cream. Don't use buttermilk biscuits, a disaster!!
SERVES 4 -6

Ingredients
3 (7 1/2 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuits
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup vanilla ice cream, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1/2-1 cup raisins (optional)

Directions
1. Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Cut biscuits in half.
4. Place in pan in 1 layer.
5. Pour butter evenly over biscuits.
6. Sprinkle sugars evenly over biscuits and butter.
7. Pour ice cream evenly.
8. Bake for 30 minutes.
9. Cool slightly.
10. Turn pan over onto serving platter.
