Well we had our Sunday dinner on Saturday night.

I'm having Saturday's dinner tonight and that is: Marinated skirt steak

I am not sure what I am having on Nov. 6th, but we are grilling out tonight! Ribs, corn, fresh tomatoes, baked potatoes. YUMMY!!!

We are grilling cheese & jalapeno stuffed burgers on toasted garlic buns and homemade “real” spiral/curly fries. I can't wait!

Ro-Ro, I used to do the dinner thread and I can't tell you how many times I screwed it up!!! It's nice to know others do it too! hee hee

I have a brisket in the oven, and also have Brats and hamburger meat we were supposed to use last night, but didn't. So, looks like we will be having quite a feast tonight! Brisket, Brats, Sauerkraut, Hamburgers, Corn on the Cob, and roasted potatoes! Looks like I need to make a few phone calls to see who is going to come and eat with us!

Babe's gonna put some smoke on some country ribs before I throw 'em in the crockpot w/ BBQ sauce. Right now I'm gonna make a tomato basil pie... then we'll head out for another beautiful day of boating and supper will be ready when we're hot and tired and don't wanna cook!!

Well, since Nu says its National Fried Chicken day, that solves my dinner dilemma. I think I'll fry up some chicken thighs and have mashed potatos and gravy. And I have some pickled peaches marinating to go with it.

Well, I dunno...after all that cooking I did yesterday I'm up for something easy today. Hamburgers? Since none of you all showed up yesterday I do have some leftovers.

LOL, we will be on our way to Florida Nov. 6th.

Grilling pork loin and not clue what else is on the menu.
