Ok, I will say it but someone will read this thread because they taped it and I will get in trouble but boo for them. Don't read it, it was the girl. She is young enough to learn, won so many challenges makes sense to me. The guy (can't spell his name) was so laid back. I like this show.

the guy (Petrozza) was good...but Ramsey couldnt STAND his mess!
the girl (Christine) did have an AMAZING palette, and I think Ramsey saw in her someone who he can mold (AND boff )

I AGREE TO ALL PARTS. PETROZZA IS SET IN HIS WAYS. HE'S GOOD, BUT MESSY, RAMSEY CAN'T STAND MESSY.
CHRISTINA LEARNED FROM HER MISTAKES AND OVERCAME. SHE'S NOT PERFECT, BUT SHE'S TRAINABLE.
