    Can someone tell me how big is a millimeter??? I looked it up on a site and now am really confused..can you put it in terms of a US ruler??? Or maybe the size of a walnut or something I can relate to? thank you so much..Love All Recipes

    There Are Ten Millimeters In A Centimeter, And Just Over Two Centimeters In An Inch.

      You know what a centimeter is on the ruler??? There is 10 millimeters in a centimeter.

              Thank you both..but I am a really dumb one here..I don't know. Is each little line on a ruler one millermeter or one centimeter? Thanks

                I assume that you have a ruler with centimeter , each little line is one millimeter. Ten millimeter make one centimeter. Like Shel and florida already posted, one inch is about 2.5 centimeters. It may help you if you find a ruler, were one side has inches and the other side has centimeters. One millimeter is one line on the ruler.
